Wedding at Brooklodge, Macredin village
Emma and Trevor’s Wedding, a cloudy but great day at St Kevins church, Glendalough, the new one, not the famous ruin :)
Lovely church and a very nice ceremony, what a place with great photo opportunities, we just went a little up the road for one of the waterfalls, amazing background!
I just think that Emma would have loved to have one of those furry cloaks over her shoulders.
From there we went to Brooklodge, Augrin. The Macredin village is an amazing space for a wedding, we went for some extra photos close to the stream and wooden bridge, they even have a small chapel if you want to have your wedding ceremony on site.
The reception went very well with Emma’s cousin entertaining the cocktail hour with her beautiful harp music.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and Brooklodge as a very well deserved reputation about their food.
The night ended perfectly with the band Electric Avenue, they're brass instruments added a different jazz tone to what I’m used in most weddings.
Emma and Trevor, thank you very much for a great testimonial and wish you a great and wonderful life together.
